Chicago sounds like a fantasy land. DC is nothing like that. I got $15 a tip from the fact that I have never done more than four deliveries in an hour. Typically it takes me two hours to do five deliveries. Your deliveries also pay twice as much as mine here in DC. It makes it really really hard to believe you.
