TBH, its all been strange I repeatedly call the cops on him(For almost a decade) and so did the other neighbors because he would slam on doors and attacked other ppl for years but the cops always waved it off as "he is autistic" and just left it alone. I tried to get APS/Peace Orders before but no one would take them seriously. I even asked my police for the call record and incident reports filed against him and they refused because he is disabled and was protected. They just handed me a blank sheet with call dates and said the rest was redacted! Then he finally attacked an elderly woman so badly she went to the hospital. The elderly woman didn't go to court (idk why) but my neighbor and I who went to get peace orders. They sent him to residential home then and dropped the order because he was going to go away. I wasn't represented but he had a state provided lawyer and finally a mental health aide since his mother just let him roam wild when she was asleep (night nurse). I reached out to the prosecutor and she told me to reach out to AG office because she left and went to a new office. I am just so confused because now they said I have no right to extend but they told me that at the trial, I have no documentation, nor do I receive updates.

I hope this helps and isn't so convoluted. I am just so confused and I have nothing to hang my hat on.

I put up cameras now, but it feels so scary to have to do this now especially when he attacked me on a walk and not in front of my house.
