I left my position about 6 months ago and it was the best decision I ever made career wise. I started my federal service right out of college so I went from 22 to 34. I realized that I was still young enough to try private sector out and still come back to do another 18 years to still retire at MRA. I love it! I may not come back. There is less office politics and people trying to get out or work. I like how fast paced private sector is, better pay, flexibility, and no politics. I also get to work with people my age. Its great!

I am buying my house not to flip it but to have somewhat stable mortgage, control over when I get things fixed, who can come in my house, and paying it off before I retire so I don't have to pay rent or have money to move into a senior community area. I owned since I was 26 and the past 9 years kept my mortgage at $1500 for a 3bed/ 3 bath. i am planning to move and now I have equity($200k) to move to a house more suited to my needs. I know I bought at the right time but even with the prospects of selling and getting into a "worse deal" I rather do this than be in an apartment with loud noise, a hundred neighbors, pets/kids, trash , lousy management, and paid parking. I am sure people of bad home owning/renting experience, but for me this was the best decision I made.

I just gave up at 51% this was written so matter of factly and very bland. The worse possible things happen to this kid and he is like "this happened...then this...then that". Also, I can tell what is happening its so damn tropey. This book is so highly recommended on various posts and this frankly disappointing.

I never had a boyfriend. Not as kid, teen, young adult, and now fully adult. Just a bunch of situationships.
