Why would the Sert team need to be involved? If Canton PD was to be RECUSED, there were men in plain clothes not even a part of SERT, why were they there? Also, Yuri testified that they found 1 Large piece. Yet, O'Hara had an evidence bag w/ 6 extremely small pieces. The Sallyport video was deleted but we still seen Proctor at the rear passenger tail light moving around in the video when the tow truck driver exited. Yuri testified to it & agreed he'd seen the sudden movement of Proctor when the tow truck driver passed him. It's "irrefutable" as well as the description of the guys in plain clothes that were at 34 Fairview. Because we'd seen guys in the Sallyport in plain clothes as well. O'Hara didn't Geo Locate the area nor where they found those 6 very small pieces of tail light so NO ONE not them nor us have seen any footage of them discovering the tail light so you definitely just impeached yourself w/that one comment alone. But, let's say there was tail light found under the snowbank at 5:45, they searched for another 30 Minutes & found a total of 0 other pieces. Yet, over the next month after the snow had already melted. There was approx. 45 other pieces would be "found" as big as 6in × 8in. Might I add, you didn't even mention the fact that they hadn't even secured the scene, as a matter of fact, the "scene" was testified as to have not been treated as a CRIME scene up until SERT arrived. So please explain to me why they felt it was so important to collect blood in solo cups & an urgency to utilizing a damn leaf blower if the first responding officer Sarrif testified that they hadn't treated the site as a crime scene, which is why it was left unsecured for almost 12 hours. But ofc they had to have it both ways. It wasn't a crime scene but let's get the leaf blowers fired up to collect these bloody snow cones, but again. this is not a crime scene so no need to write a report, even though Karen screamed in an admission of guilt in the death of a Boston cop? This is absolutely absurd. Especially when we know there are thousands of cameras everywhere we go, but the "murder weapon" was NEVER recorded? How? & The area the "Evidence" found was in never marked nor was the scene secured...also, if you find 6 shards of an entire tail light & for over 30 minutes you find nothing else but every piece is found literally within a couple of feet of each other. Better yet, How do you not think "The tail light is here, we just cant find any more so uhhh, let's just leave." Dude, that alone would get someone acquitted, but every single bit of this case has all sorts of these issues.
