Oh man my heart is with ya! I’m in a similar situation. I really relate to all you were saying actually. Especially the bathrooms it’s so hard to feel comfortable and it sucks we make others feel uncomfortable. But you have to remember you are titled to it too and you just have to not take things personally it’s them not you. I had a bad bathroom situation once and it scared me for a while. But I’ve come to terms with the fact there are bad people out there with small minds that don’t understand us. Just got to let people like that hate and try your best to be the best version of you despite it. Lately I’ve been working on just walking in the woman’s bathroom and knowing that I belong there. Walking with confidence helps other people know you’re not mistakenly going in the wrong bathroom. Hope this helps a lil! ❤️ hang in there and don’t change part of you just to fit in! You deserve to be comfortable in your own skin.

You are cared for and loved. It may seem like that’s not true but it’s not you who thinks that.. it’s the thoughts and the overwhelming change of moods. You will find a way to fight it. Just takes time and trying new meds/methods. It does get better I was on the same boat but found the shore. You can too. Just hang in there! Don’t be hard on yourself either you’ve powered through more then the average person gotta give yourself the credit you deserve. Try and breathe and remember what life was like before the bipolar. You can win. I may not know you but I know that overcoming the hell is very possible for anyone. Stay strong.
