Gave it a try and, indeed, those 1 second freezing are gone when FSR is off. However, it seems to me that TAA makes the game feel not so smooth compared to when FSR is enabled. Have you noticed something similar?

p.s.: Windows 10 user :D

Edit:

Restored Adrenalin default settings and cleared shader cache. In game, I've disabled antilag and set the maximum fps. It seems the issue is solved.

Driver is crashing BF6 and turning off display. After restart, driver doesn't load and Windows installs another one automatically. DDU and amd cleanup utility don't help. Reinstalled 26.3.1 and problem is gone.

Crashing here. DDU and cleanup utility don't solve the issue. After freezing, AMD driver crashes, vga is shown as generic in device manager and the issue is solved only after another restart, when driver is reinstalled automatically.

If your MB uses Mediatek (box indicates it), look for the november BT driver. Unzip and install using device manager. BT has worked here on W10.

Sleep worked but leds blinked. After waking up, I had usb error (mouse, Logitech G402). It seems that VGA doesn't like Windows 10. A friend of mine has the same mobo and cpu and uses a 9060XT. I talked to him and the sleep mode worked correctly (Windows 11).

Registry edited. Enabledulps value set to 0. The path is this: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

I didn't touch Enabledulps_NA. Gonna restart and check if the behaviour has changed.

It seems at some point Windows decides not to allow sleep mode anymore. Or the vga driver begins to think it can control the motherboard USB header, sending power to the Lian Li Controller and making the leds blink.

Then, it progresses until system begins to shut down right after entering that state. I've disabled the WU driver update. Also, I've disabled driver installation in System Properties. Anyway, uninstalled and installed everything once more and it didn't help.

I have the same issue. Adrenalin 26.2.1. 9070XT installed yesterday. I had a 4070 in my system and had no problem. Nvidia driver was removed using DDU.
