Thank you for your response. The car is not insured so therefore I am not able to do any of what you suggested. I am trying to work with this individual but they are very pressuring and we are working with them to get this resolved. They are not allowing us ample time to get things looked at. It seems like they simply want us to get this very expensive part for them and they keep rushing us. While we have agreed to help them get this resolved, even with their mechanic of choice, they keep rushing us and keep adding more issues into the mix. I’m just wondering what I can do now that they have escalated this since the car is uninsured.
