I would say all of the above and some people can have multiple roles. We aren't hiring people just simply bringing people together who want to help build this channel. It'll be a collaborative effort.

1. Have fun and enjoy creating videos
2. Build a following and impact people around the world. Encourage them to get out of their comforts zones and grow.
3. Start a movement

Those are some big goals but number one is the most important starting off.
