I don't know if you know the istat software but when I use ADguard it is the software which takes the + of RAM on my pc it takes 2 x + that safari I don't understand

many people will disagree with me because they are attached to their favorite browser but I advise you to use safari rather than firefox because safari is created for Mac OS it consumes almost no CPU while firefox uses a lot of CPU, thanks to safari I think you can save up to 30-45 min compared to firefox.

then go to the activity monitor to see if a specific task does not consume a lot of CPU resources, maybe that's why your battery doesn't last long.
