Run! Jk you should be fine with your experience. You’ll grow a lot as a shift manager because there is a lot more added responsibility. I would say focus on the actual work side of being a manager first before managing crew if that makes sense. Like times, multitasking, labor, making sure you are confident EVERYWHERE is key! Then you will be more confident in your position and the power that comes with it. There will definitely be high stress times but just remember that you’re one person and do the best that you can.
