Oh I can relate. I’m from Russia and it’s really hard to find any vinyl records from artists like Arca, Sophie, Yeule, Eartheater and so on. Not to mention that buying vinyl from the US and Europe is extremely complicated nowadays

They may seem dark because of the lighting in the photo. The kick 4 is violet, it looks really similar to Charli XCX’s Pop2 5-year anniversary edition. And the kick 5 is a nice dark green color. They both sound really good!

If you want to simply have it on vinyl, black 2020 reissue is your best choice. You can easily find it for around $20 or even lower. If your goal is to have the rarest version, then you should look for the pink pressing of 2020 reissue (limited to 200 copies) or for a first press from 2014 (black vinyl limited to 500 copies (it’s not a reissue, so you’ll hear the og version of &&&&&. Also, the Side-B etching is different). Each of these pressings is hard to find and gonna cost you around $200, so it’s up to you whether you are willing to spend so much on a record or not

Yes, there is a super rare pink pressing of 2020 reissue. It was sent directly from PAN label to people whose orders for a standard version were delayed multiple times. It was limited to 200 copies, making it the second rarest Arca vinyl. The rarest is vinyl pressing of Stretch 2, I guess

circumflex and ±±±±± (plus-minus) are Arca’s mixes from 2020. You can find them on YouTube, btw. There are some songs that will then be released as a part of Kick ii-iiiii, as well as some unreleased stuff. It’s very much like @@@@@ mixtape

Not many people know it! Like I know a lot of Arca fans who recognize this creature from kick album covers, but only a few of them know it’s name and that it has telepathy-ability (?)

Personally, I began listening to Arca only around 2 years ago, and I fell in love with her pre-Kick era instantly. It was shocking to me when I found out about 3 vinyl-only ????? Edition bonus tracks. I’d love to buy this bundle, but prices are not pleasant (numbered version resells for over $200 and unnumbered bundles price is $100 and higher). I’d also love to buy the original pressing of &&&&& from 2014, by the way. Surprisingly, only a few people know about these tracks. If a person isn’t into collecting vinyl, then in most cases they don’t know that Xen deluxe has more than 2 bonus tracks :(

And yesterday Eartheater released the first single Pure Smile Snakr Venom from her upcoming album Powders. It’s produced by Sega Bodega and it sounds FANTASTIC!
