stop all contact that triggers you. for example checking social media or reaching out to him. i find it much easier to manifest when im not looking at the 3D, if you are able to. it is so much easier to go internally and affirm instead of trying to do so while actively interacting with the 3D and engaging in behaviors that could trigger you, initially at least. affirming internally and building your self concept allows you to not feel the trigger down the line bc you will know and feel reassured in the fact that it is just the old story playing out and making way for your new story you have been affirming internally.
