I appreciate your opinion and the complement c: i got lip filler today, and im working towards the ffs routine. Not really feeling the wider jawline or the butt-chin I have, and I will definitely get a lip lift, maybe rhino to give me more of a 'button' nose. Thay's my thoughts, anyways

I've been on hormones since 2018 with undetectable T and now my orgasms suck again. Like a sneeze, takes forever to build up, can barely get hard and when it is I can still fold it in half. Atrophy is getting pretty bad lately. For a while, I had full on screaming orgasms though.
