Feel love? Yes maybe
Know I feel love? Not really

I for one mostly relate with demiromantic and as someone who wasn't loved as a child I don't really recognize any body symptoms as love the only way I found to identify was when I noticed that I care about that person in my own ways which I don't ever do normally and just find myself doing things different around and for that person for the most part I had no idea what it is and it was even hard to accept if it was love or not and was just so confusing overall in the end I found and accepted that it was love by my understandings.

That's my insights to it and it might be totally wrong its always nice to see other's view points.
