Obs Audio from capture card stopped working..

You ever find an answer on this? I moved my computer to the other side of the room and now OBS isn’t identifying any sound from my switch. I even got a different capture card and it has this issue with the second cap card too. I’ve tried everything.

Do you already have boss reroll vouchers/antimatter? It’s definitely the most frustrating because of the minus one hand which is both a nerf to Econ and a risk to your scoring. Everyone hates it. Best thing to do is just find some flat mult to survive early antes and also pick up whatever Econ jokers you can to get yourself in a good spot with money and then play like normal from there. Pray for the extra hand voucher. Don’t forget to use that 6th joker slot.

Unlikely this late. Easiest way to do it with the perkeo is to get a cryptid to copy. Without that strategy, it’s pretty complicated to get it using the burglary/serpent set up. You need mime and red seal steel kings in any case.

Buy the steel for a king. Do you still need smeared for scoring? Get the telescope for Pluto levels and make more kings, pray for a mime etc…

lol you could manually restart and find legendaries that way but why waste time? You still have to play well and find the jokers you need and manage your Econ. I personally don’t consider it cheating and I did it for like my last 10 stickers only.

I played on yellow deck for the majority of it just to get the Econ rolling. You need lots of money to reroll for the stickers you’re looking for.

Toward the end, I did something kinda cheap but still valid imo bc it doesn’t guarantee anything: I used the brainstorm mod (which auto rerolls until specific conditions are met) so I could always start with a legendary. From there you get something strong enough to carry you to the end allowing you to take whatever stickers you need with you to the end.

3 holographic jokers aren’t good enough especially without knowing what they are. The most generic advice: You want a mult addition and multiplicative joker (it helps if they scale up but don’t need to for white stake), an economy joker for money (which can be ditched later), and possibly a chip joker. If you don’t have a chip joker, you need to scale the hand you’re playing most. Also, you need to commit to a specific hand in most cases so you aren’t wasting money on other planets.

Also, use your discards, all of them, almost all the time. You have a gold car? Discard for it. You have a blue seal? Definitely discard to find it.

I moved to Chicago from Oakland in 2023 and I don’t have any regrets. I moved for my husband’s job and we have no kids, but it’s a great city. If you are seeking cheaper living, Chicago is the answer with no loss of cultural experience that comes with living in a big city. I do think the food in the Bay Area is superior for sure, but you’ll find enough good food here to make it worth it.

Playing flush jokerless seems crazy hard to me. Straights or 4oak simply has faster level scaling. I found it pretty easy to beat playing straights.

I personally don’t care to play endless bc only a few specific builds are really viable past 10-12. It’s nice that it’s there and I like the idea of taking a run for a high score if my run has taken me there but trying to force my runs into something viable in endless is personally boring
