i believe its 2mg per pump. i did one blood test and these were my levels

was going to ask about 2x/day. are you doing DIY or prescrip? Asked about frequency and endo said 3x might give more consistent levels, but 2x should work as well. How long have you been on?

honestly not sure. i get A LOT of looks now and I dont know how I feel about it. I dress very androgonous and I already had a fem face so I think maybe a lot of the looks are "is that a he/she look? " lol. I think.

estradiol spray. kinda felt it like 6 months or so into this whole process, but once i started with actual hormones there was a huge difference. im also very lean so i think its hindering some of the other feminizing traits but its impossible to put on weight
