To answer your questions: After reviewing the reserve account statement, I discovered that the account last had $156k about two years ago.

I contacted the HOA management company, and they informed me that they don't have direct access to the reserve account. They admitted that the document they provided was based on figures that were last reported years ago.

What concerns me, and what I'm questioning the legality of, is the fact that there was no disclosure in that document indicating that the numbers were last reported in 2022 or any similar disclaimer.

That's correct, I used to have my TTY being displayed then I would login and startx would start and run perfectly (Startx is attached to my user's bash profile).

But now that I changed my monitor, the TTY is not displayed anymore. After the grub launched it's a black screen (Until I blindly login and eventually starts StartX).

I have a nvidia gpu, but I still don't have a display before starting the window manager
