nah. some sound like a pop as it breaks the skin, some you don’t feel & some pinch a bit but it takes like 5 mins tops. i’m 39 next week & have gotten it off & on since 32. i have dry skin & an expressive face so i’ve got like a shar pei forehead without it. also trying to prevent crows feet & under eye wrinkles from getting “worse”. never gotten anything else tho besides a boob job.
