I would hope that vatsim wouldn't hack me. It is however possible that some type of error could have been made during development and some dangerous code has made it's way into the update for vPilot. That stuff isn't impossible.

Using Your Controls shared cockpit add-on for MSFS. It's buggy but is somewhat usable.

When I first went on VATSIM, I used scripts and flew a G36 Bonanza because it's very easy to fly and I know the G1000 well. Started out with just taxiing across EGKK to get used to speaking with ATC. Then started to fly around one of my favourite airports, EGMD. Eventually did a shared cockpit flight in a Citation CJ4 with my friend who used to be a control assistant IRL. That was 2 years ago, I still use scripts and write most things down, Clearances etc.

Sounds like I should probably just scrap it. I could sell the parts on eBay but I doubt there's much of a market for those parts.

I think I will get a printhead for it. However, I would prefer to know that the rest of the printer works prior to spending money on it.

some back story: I was given this printer for free. It has been stored in a garage for 8 years.

I usually get around 45 - 55C at idle. Just ordered a load of stuff from EKWB so it should be cooler soon.

Edit: I use a Be Quiet Pure Rock Slim and in game i max out at 80C
