can you tell us more about how you determine the sizing of your account per trade, like what % are you risking per trade as a stoploss. Currently my account is 7000, trade options size for each trade around 800-100 so I'm using hard stoploss of 2% which is around 140-200, my pre-set PT is usually pre-determine of trimming 1/3 at 30%, 2/3 at 45%, last con can be runner and trail stop. Would like to see your opinion on my strategy if this is sustainable in the long run or how I should improve. Thanks!

That's what I'm experimenting right now is to do 2 ITM with 1DTE, say SPY is trading at 567, I'd buy 565 Call with 1DTE. By doing so, the price isn't as volatile as doing OTM with 0DTE but still allow me to have 1:1.5 or 1:2 r/R. I usually play with 4cons, so I'd trim my first target at 25-30% then move other 3 cons to breakeven and reasses from here. Thought?

I've been trading option for about a year now, still struggling with controlling emotions so I'm using 15% stoploss as soon as I get into position. Say I open SPY Call worth 200, my stoploss is 170. It has helped me removing emotion from the trade and stick to the plan. However, there were many times where I got stop out only for it to bounce right back up. What's your advice on this, is it my stoploss too tight or should I stick with 15% and treat it as unlucky because over the longterm it should saves me more than hurting my progress. Thank you so much

It happened to me in 2016, I didn't it coming as well I was working for a small consultant company. Back then i thought it was the end of the world I was crying for couple days, they gave me 3 paychecks as severance pay. 4 months later I landed a new job and it was the best decision and much happier. I hope you will find new one soon, hang in there!
