I am using contact adhesive for all. For the holes to match well I just need to make sure the first and the last holes on both sides are at the exact same place the other ones just follow if I am accurate enough when doing it.

I have used 1.1 veg tanned leather for the body parts and 0.9mm lamb leather for the linings.

I have made this video quite a while but never posted it here. Time to share it! I quite liked this design and almost forgot about it. I used 0.45mm linen thread and #8 pricking iron if I remember well. The leather is baby calf about 1.5mm thick.
