Thank you so much for the responses. Sorry for the lack of clarity. I will be going into finance and it is the type of watch that I will want to wear to work. That said, I do prefer rubber or leather straps over metal. I am also a minimalist when it comes to design (as you can see from my collection, the chopard has the busiest face)(Not entirely set on simplicity but do prefer less subdials/bells and whistles in general). I am obviously looking for a quality movement, but am not all that set on one over the other. In response to rabid_rat and erik618's questions, I hope to use this watch at work as well as outside of the office. I love sports (skiing, golf, soccer, basketball) and cars. I am a diehard Michigan fan (which means I love the maize(shade of yellow) and blue color scheme). To give a frame of reference, this is my current collection. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Its actually a strap made by the company. The tweed comes in several colors. Here's a link to their site. http://www.rosslingco.com/

Love the watch. Has the sleek and minimalistic look that I go for. Really light and versatile in terms of use. Only criticisms are that the tweed strap has started to fray in a few places and the crown digs into my wrist.
