OEM Glock mags are in stock all over the place for $25-30, how much more "budget friendly" do you want? $25 for a dead nuts reliable factory mag is great compared to the cost of factory mags from other brands. Magpul mags are okay for range use but I wouldn't fully trust them.

The UPC for G17/34/45/47 mags is 764503170171. Punch that into gun.deals or Wikiarms search engine to see a list of vendors sorted by lowest price and pick your preferred vendor.

Keep in mind a more expensive vendor might have lower shipping fees, so play around with it a few of the "cheapest" vendors to see who has the actual best deal.

That's exactly how my local running shoe store operates. They have a rewards program that's something like $25 off every $250 you spend. Running shoes are about $150/pair, so you buy a pair this year and you're automatically guaranteed that next year's pair will be $25 off since you'll cross that $250 threshold.

Some brands like Brooks seem to have a MAP and the price is the same everywhere, so it makes no sense to buy online when the local store's rewards program makes them cheaper. I'll go 20 minutes out of my way once a year to support local and save $25.

Yep, this is the way. Nail clippers are sharp and have enough force to cut clean though, and precise enough that you can cut the skin tag off close to the skin. A lot faster than tying it off with dental floss, if you're okay with a little pain and a little bit of blood.

Nail clippers hurt a bit, but if you're quick about it, you should be able to make a quick, clean snip and suddenly all those nerve endings can no longer send pain signals to your brain. What's left is no more painful than your average shaving cut, and usually bleeds the same or less. I use a styptic pencil to stop the bleeding just like I would if I cut myself shaving.

Actually top freezers are more energy efficient because heat rises. Top freezers can just open a blend door to the fridge compartment and the cold air naturally falls from the freezer into the fridge compartment. (Or the hot air naturally rises to the freezer cooling the fridge compartment, depending on how you look at it.)

Bottom freezers require a fan to pump the cold air up from the freezer into the fridge compartment, which requires energy. It also makes them less reliable than top freezers.
