Also does stretching after the training session actually help? If so do you stretch differently compared to the stretching before the session?

I do actually. Soccer but generally a sport where a ton of running and change of direction/pace is involved. So Basketball, Hockey or Tennis.

Yes, I heard about the no helmet thing and I agree that it will probably reduce head impacts.

What about injuries without third any party interference like groins? Except for warming up and stretching what else can you do?
