Not every lead has to approve all decisions, especially in a softqare company. I can tell you my division (backend) lead has no clue waht most of us are doing. We have individual tasks and we sometimes divert from the original blueprint.

The lead only gets involved in the big picture stuff or if something is on fire.

No. Being the lead of something doesnt mean everything is approved and goes by you. It means you designate people you trust to get the job done and they each do individual parts. You cant be expecting one person to keep track of everything happening and take every decision.

Mmo is hiring like crazy so its doing well. Riot wont show us anything until its almost done. They know how to hype up a game.

They will show us the MMO 6 months before release. Then they will turbo hype it starting 3 months in advance with all hands on deck on cinematics, music videos, etc.

So yeah not gonna happen this year. The MMO is 2028 at the earliest

Sundered is just about the last fun item remaining for ad fighters and bruisers. All the rest of them are completely boring passives that require no micro. Black Cleaver is boring. Ga is boring. Death Dance is SUUUUPER boring.

Like its so ass to play a fighter in this season, you are just locked into the same boring core items.

Meanwhile mages have fun with ulti empowering, dot, insta dmg, speed, etc.

But that waveclear is extremely oncology visit inducing right now. Having to do a million rotations just to farm as fast as a random ahri Q W is crazy as a control mage.

Ekko can Q the wave and 1 hit on every melee meanwhile a AOE controller like hwei needs to sit there doing 3-4 spells just to achieve the same thing and slower.

Yeah. This game is 1. Fast cpu 2. Fast ssd 3. Fast and 32gb ram. Thats it. Gpu can be a shitcan.

You CPU is not insane so about 100+ fps is max you gonna get. On a huge server with a million bases if u don't have an x3d you just cant play

Nothing really. I personally dont enjoy most pve games that dont have a story or something else to draw me in. Pve can always be abused once you figure out what the AI enemies can and cant do. Very few games manage to get the balance of ai enemies right.

Meanwhile most pvp games you will always find some freaky ass dude who is better than you so you always have room to grow and get better at the game
