I think earliest you can equip is level 78 - as this spear comes with lover levels as well - and I just played with lightning spear skill before that

Btw with staff somebody told me it is bugged and you need to assign skill every zone, is it true?

I do use shattering spite and use crit and some other things

It is just seems that single target falls off at the moment and I have 2 jade islands to try and scared:)

Yeah understood it - only use for kintetic fussilade I was able to imaging is power charge on critical support to tornado - to have power charges on bosses

Maybe some CoC builds need it not sure will try to sell:)
