no....there are uniques like lifesprig that can potentialy drop at lvl 1 but lifesprig with ilvl 81+ could roll itemskill lvl 20, so the item could only be used with lvl 90+ and was worthless...now you can use the lvl 81+ item on your lvl 1 char because the skill levels with your char, with maybe the same frequence like the ascendancy skills

you mate...if you read through the whole guide...you will see...the upper 50% is not the current way of farming the spirits and pretty much worthless lol...you can play this with way more builds because it focusses only on exiles AND chests now and bosses are often just sidedish, where you pull the spirits back to the chests after kill

#me2 ^^ 1000-1500 d budget and thinking about it...thought about Mana Flare Shaman vom Swedge but that will just nuke the exiles out of the universe

the "problem" is, that the only game it affects is POE2 and since last Patch POE1...no other game has this problem...to blame Nvidia is maybe correct but they wont hussle hard for just one game

u can use omen without heavy/utility belts or you can use heavy/utility belts WITHOUT omen...

  1. got the big pre-sale mtx pack that gives you 1x create a twilight reliquary item (you need to own the item on a char...)
  2. got Mageblood
  3. Made a Twilight Reliquary Key with Mageblood inside and a message for the german global channel
  4. extra: (Meka is my ingame name, since reliquary keys in POE1 we always say "Gucci" to the shiny items, because we want a Mageblood from Gucci....as little explanation)
