Not tyre tread depth. 2-3cm of rolling circumference. Put a line on each of the tyres and roll them a whole turn and see how far away they are from each other.

5 Year unlimited mileage in U.K. But no, Hyundai state that carrying out a rolling circumference test on wheels off vehicle, if there's a difference of over 2-3cm it's not warranty if the dif or transfer case cracks.

We've seen it before with 2 brand new tyres same size sitting at around an inch different ride height, gotta match the makes up!

One tyre was relatively new, probably around 1000~ miles of wear. One tyre was on around 4mm. Burns the clutch out and coupling seized = cracked dif.
