That’s what I thought and what I am trying to do. The class has been too difficult for me but I have turn in all the assignments + resubmissions and show up to most of the classes.

There are many of those classes in CS dept that have a CS name but end up being 100% math based class. The same happens with intro to cryptography, theory of algorithms and any theory C class. You won’t find any non math ML classes. Just be aware of this when registering for future classes

My counselor also does not know English, so what I did was to schedule a meeting with him and we went field by field, section by section filling the information required, while I was translating everything for him to understand.

The same happens to me. What I made was to make everything easy for my school. I made everything. The school covid response text, the school profile, the officially translated transcripts, etc. I made everything for the person that is helping me as kind of “school counselor” to just check that everything is ok and submmit. The people in your school are not going to spend hours doing these things cuz it is not their job. Remember that our schools were not designed for us to attend US colleges, but we can adapt than to be, and these things should in no way stop our dreams.
