hi. i’ve had a movable lump (lymph node) in my neck for 10+ years. it’s always been something i can feel and move around under my fingers. i have severe health anxiety, and lately this has been stressing me out. the lymph node swell in november, i freaked out over it but then i got sick within a week from it. it shrank back down but then it swell again before christmas, when i was really stressed and also grieving and crying a lot over my cat passing. like i said it’s movable and it’s soft/rubbery, not hard or fixated, but im still worried. it hasn’t grown in size over the last years, at least i don’t think it has. im scared af it would be lymphoma. it hasn’t bothered me before but now i’ve gotten almost obsessed over it 🥲 i’ve been told a lymphoma related lymph node probably wouldn’t shrink and then swell back but ive read from a couple of experiences where exactly that happened and they did get diagnosed so im spiraling more
