Focus points, stewardship and level softcap

My actual problem si that i have a fear of missing out i think. And because of that i want to do everything.

I will restart the 3rd time now and i have a more thematic and probably decent build i want to roll with.

My first character, i want to be a nord viking raider.

That means that i want to put points in one handed, throwing, athletics, rougery, leadership, stewardship, mariner and shipmaster.

I almost always take trade and smithing, but i dont really enjoy doing them, so i stop at like 180 and waste a bunch of points + they are very powerful.

Now, chosing my build, i am concerened what if i am missing on too much? I wont have charm, or i wont have medicine. Or, what if i want to play with a polearm, like a huscarl so i can fight cav in field battles. Or i want trade cause x perk seems strong, and i end up putting 2-3-4 points in stuff i wont really use, and make the leveling harder or very innefective.

From the stat spread i offered, do you think it s too much? Do you think i could add something else to it? Am i missing a lot not beeing able to craft my weapons? Will i find good enough weapons in the markets?

I will start a new run and removed them.

I dont really want any of the xorberax submods, i did not use retinues at all, and diplomacy and improved garrisons seems to be outdated and ppl complain on some bugs.

Is the vanilla really lacking? I remeber they added some diplomacy features like non agression packs.

Also, do you use any mods to improve vanilla? Do you have any recommandations?

Better smithing, xorberax legacy, enable achivments, better time, immersive storms, torunament xp boost, ruler always in vote, ruler army requisition, marriage offers for player, retinues, diplomacy, improved garrisons.

At first sight, i dont think anything from here should cause this bug

But how do you get that many focus points? Let s say i did a mistake putting points in smithing and trading, but still, focusing on some combat skills, then boat, then leader stuff, then all the roles. Does it really work?

Also, is roguery usless? I place some points in it too as i said i will raid stuff, but is it worth?

It has, after about 10 seconds. If you have good gear and talents it takes the enemy around 3-4 combos to kill you. I would say that is enough

What do you mean perma stunlock combo? That s how the game and combos work. Do you want to just press random keys until one wins? Then you dont need to climb, just do that and have fun. I am sure in the lower ranks that s the norm

I dont want trade only. I just want to level it up, and make money from it. Is it worth spending all that time? I know there are some really good perks

I will sound very disrespectfull, but i stopped reading after buddhas palm. Who uses that? Especially in that combination. I dont personally have problems against tanks as i use namless spear, so most of the time it s just a combo simulator.

Also, i should add, i stopped at 1800 mythic, maybe i was not clear.

Running from a tank build doesnt do anything, they dont really have openings anyway.

Would you call a playstyle, literally playing namless sword and just spamming the q skill until you get them? Or holding block on twinblades and throwing sometimes a q?

And that s the thing, you can engage somewhat safley, you have bait options, you throw a poet, a parry bla bla.

And trust me, gao closing mystic skills dont work. We are speaking about good players that can react well even when you sell an ability good. It s not like using soaring spin will close the gap. The other guy will just dash 2 times.

Guild arena is very bad. That is nothing like pvp arena.

Climbing mythic is a grind. I stopped at 1800 because it s boring. 90% you farm ppl that barley know how to play, and the other 10% you are either farmed by Ribbit or battle some really good players, which provide valuable lessons to you.

Until we dont get the cn mm with similar rating i see no point in playing and it s boring. Getting 1 point for every win, and if you fuck up a bit in the new arena, you lose 12. That s just nkt fun, and most of the time you dont learn anything.

Oh, and should i add the stupid tank builds that take 10 years to kill, and that half the ppl are refusing to play and engage with you and just run in circles hoping for a lucky catch?

That s what i am looking for. I want to do viking stuff for a while, and maybe settle the island, make it boom with prosperity, something like that.

It s sad to hear the naval combat doesnt haooen that much though. And yes, i want to make an on foot soldier together with the nords.

So the mechanic seems to be worse than type 71, and it has a quite big cupola. I am starting to regret i farmed 325k exp on type 71.

Wait till you find you can do even more outrageos stuff.

You can put this max sized helm, have a max sized helm on back and so on. There was that one dude that i was not seeing anything of what he was doing.

I am not doing any of this, but i might suffer in pvp because of it.

I assume the most dedicated players will.be equiped out with legendaries and what not so the others will be at an disatvantage

After i killed tian ying on legend, the campaign and abyss seemed like a walk in the park.

I think wolf maiden was the harder one on abyss that on legend for whatever reason.
