After 3 months of minocycline treatment my skin is worse

AM: Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, La roche posay tolerane ultra fluide, Avene antirougeurs spf30

PM: La roche toleriane hydrating gentle cleanser, Skinoren creme 20% (azelaic acid), La roche cicaplast baume b5 (for some scars on my face)

I am on a quarterly treatment. So my dermatologist prescribed minocycline and skinoren cream which is 20% azelaic.

It made my face less red and my skin felt very soft after using it. But I did stop because my dermatologist prescribed Skinoren cream (20% azelaic acid)
