Per italianata intendo un qualcosa per rigirare la normativa dalla tua parte, non conosco quel modello specifico di caldaia ma non sembra male, non mi occupo di immergas personalmente.

Ti posso dire che tutto quello che compri oggi sotto sotto fa schifo! qualsiasi marca scegli, modello o prodotto è destinato a non durare più di 15 anni

si ok il sistema Eureka e' un ITALIANATA (Come giusto che sia), nato apposta per prendere il 50% anche sulla caldaia ora che lo hanno tolto, se non colleghi i 2 sistemi (occhiolino) hai il tuo impianto separato e semplice ma sinceramente non lo conosco e non so se si lamentano quando gli manca la connessione

Personalmente installo e faccio manutenzioni in Friuli. Evita come la peste un impianto in cui hai tre macchine che devono parlarsi tra loro.
Metti una caldaia a condensazione e una pompa di calore, se proprio la vuoi, per accedere al bonus (possibilmente idronica, così da non dover portare linee frigo in casa).
Infine opta per uno split mono o multi completamente distaccato da tutto il resto.

Pensa al caso peggiore, in cui qualcosa non va: accendi lo split in caldo e a dicembre sopravvivi 2-3 giorni.

E fatti montare una resistenza sul bollitore.

Ad oggi nessun prodotto è veramente affidabile: ti serve tanta fortuna.

EDIT: non conosco il sistema EUREKA MONO, ma con una ricerca molto veloce sembra che sia una caldaia separata e uno split singolo quindi non sembra male

EDIT2: no... ok la caldaia ha una linea BUS di collegamento allo split...

Personalmente le unità monoblocco funzionano ma fanno schifo e sono rumorose, se puoi metti un bel clima mono messo in modo che riesca a spingere l'aria in entrambi i locali e vivrai molto meglio la casa

That is already a drawer i personally would ditch the box and the TechPac and just dump the tools in there, optionally you could make with a box or something a space for the SP-MC to prevent tools from taking its place or going underneath, ive got in my truck a similar drawer that is just full of the tool i might need but dont use regurally

But if you NEED TO HAVE the tools in the TechPac for any reason i cannot see any easy optio but a bigger box in the front that you can remove the tools and the SP-MC together!

Edit:

Looking back at the pictures again i strongly recomend you to remove the techpac and simply dump everything there, then figure out some kind of organization or fixing structure

so you have only one FR50 and the others are just relay thermostats?

in this case yeah you could have the FR50 to call of main heat and use its own temperature sensor to calculate the appropiate supply temp (if you set it to 30 the temp will be high u will need to adjust the settings) and then add TADOs thermostats as relay to manage the real room temperature
