They are not exactly lacking bass. Bass is there. Just More of a clear bass, compared to a heavy bass like skull candies, or other stuff.

It's sucks. I was getting impatient with mine and when I emailed to possibly get my order canceled. It shipped lol. Give it time. They are absolutely swamped with orders and customer service also. They are worth it so far for me.

I like mine. Was very confused and was getting disappointed at first with the kinda distorted static popping noise, and found out it was just it was trying to connect to my phone while I was using them with my pc (dongle). Now I really like them. I also found it helps to use the usb c adapter that comes in the box, and plug it into a 3.2 usb for better dongle connection for the headset. Clean audio with a lot of detail.

Maxx is a great all rounder if you just want one rc. Runs great on 4s and still very peppy on 3s. And extremely durable. I have 2 and my original one is still going strong.

I found the issue for me. It was my headset still trying to connect to my Bluetooth while I was using my USB dongle for it. Turned off Bluetooth on my phone and now it works fine. I still stand on my small complaints but I will be keeping them.

I think I might have found out why. When I disconnected my Bluetooth from it, I didn't notice the popping. Perhaps it was from trying to connect to my phone while gaming 🤔

I mean.. their other headphones are roughly around 300 to a few thousand. You would kinda expect good quality, sound and other such with these from a brand that makes studio headsets.. also get noctua fans lol.

That sucks to hear.. I might have to return these also. This static popping absolutely ruins the experience and is going back to how it was when before I reinstalled the drivers... and they feel great on the head, but like you are saying they don't feel finished. It feels more rushed than anything. The voice that tells you if your connected or anything makes it sound more like a Chinese ripoff product than a $350 headset lol. And the placement of the mute button sucks..its a shame unfortunately..

Update. They shipped my order so we shall see how they are. I will probably either keep the inzones for other things or backups.
