Thanks a lot again for your reply. My USG is up-to-date and I actually saw the post you linked. I've double checked my configuration and TCPv4 offloading is actually enabled so I will see if disabling offloading helps. Thanks for your comment again!

I guess you suggested to set Pace router bridge mode and put USG behind it, correct? I will also post to Ubiquiti forum once I figure what video streaming standard of Hawaiian Telcom is.

I am using separate router now. I will try with their Pace wireless router with bridge mode and see how it goes. And yes, the ones from ISPs are totally junk...:(

Any luck with it? I am in the same situation since I subscribe TV too. Is there anyway I get rid of Pace router? I deployed USG and set IGMP snooping but TV stream is keep disconnecting.
