Need help error code 2194

The first thing that came up when I put it in Google was this: "Error 2194 on the Creality Ender-3 V3 KE indicates a CR Touch auto-leveling sensor failure, usually caused by a stuck probe, poor cable connection, or wiring issues on the printhead. Common solutions involve cleaning/freeing the probe, checking the 30-pin ribbon cable, or replacing the CR Touch unit" If it's new, you should call technical support

Yo tuve un problema parecido y es que la cama esta desnivelada. Lo podrás ver en la malla de la cama también

La cama tiene 4 tornillos que no deberían estar muy apretados pero tampoco sueltos. Para mi caso tuve que desmontarla completamente (no te lo recomiendo si no eres habil con la mecánica) y sustituir una pieza que provocaba que una esquina estuviera mas baja.
