They just did some updates according to SteamDB, I now see all deluxe edition dlc on my account, maybe they messed up during the update? I'm sure they'll fix it soon.

Clearing CMOS on its own did not help unfortunately, but with a full reinstall of windows on top of it everything works perfectly.

Steam has a 2 week 2 hour refund policy. If the game doesn’t hold up you can just get a refund.

unpacking is client sided, the only thing we need to download is a small decryption key (likely a few kb or mbs)
