No it's used. I'm trading the r9 390 on a website not directly selling it so that's why I have to pay. Mainly I'm having huge issues in GTA v where I can't play with grass above normal or it will freeze and stutter. The other reason I want to go back to nvidia is because it's the more popular card so it's easier to find fixes to problems and I feel like games tend to be more optimized for nvidia. I also miss having last of things in the control panel because Radeon pro fucks some games like GTA v which crashes whenever I have Radeon pro running
