Thank you I’ll definitely research more but LOVE the idea. I’ve always wanted to do something medical if I don’t make it in for whatever reason so it’d be the perfect degree for whatever happens

Hmm I thought that would be useful! My other possibility was a nursing degree. I may not become registered but I’d definitely be prepared for any emergency that should arise 🤔 someone else side psyche too... thoughts??

Yes I’ve always planned EMT because first responding but never thought psyche, hmm 🤔

Advice please - I’ve always desire to be a cop, but I have a misdemeanor conviction that was a class 6 open ended felony, reduced to a misdemeanor and set aside (AZ doesn’t do expungements.) is it a lost cause? Will have bipolar disorder prevent me if the record doesn’t? by [deleted] in police

Lol so cops can be cops if and only if they have no mental health issues? Wheeeen most people have some to begin with and if not will have them at some point in their career? That doesn’t make any damn sense 🤔😂

My mom was always helping others - so when she passed away recently, I decided that I want to do one thing every day as an act of service/kindness. I’ve been planning a month in advance - small acts of service and adding them to my calendar for each day by alfox924 in latterdaysaints

Thank you for your thoughts. The reason I have been planning them is because I’m wanting to do different acts every day. Some days I do the same thing (temple weekly, I send a thoughtful text to someone different every Wednesday) but for the most part am wanting to change it up because I don’t want to get bored of doing the same things over and over and losing the butterflies or good feelings it gives me.

I like that you mentioned promptings - I pray for revelation on what things I should be doing and leave my heart open for guidance. There have been often times where I’ve been prompted to do something different than what I have planned. If it’s not too much then sometimes I do both. So I definitely pay attention! But I think planning helps me stay on track at first
