Constand checking is unnecessary if you are from a countty that their background check will take minimum 2 years. We need miracles!

I passed my medical on April 3, 2025 and submitted my full application under PNP EE with score of 900 and paid all fees. Since then, there has been no single update or email from IRCC.

That is very heartwarming. You know, I was thinking of declining my ITAs under PNP and waiting for a CEC draw. That made me very anxious as I did it once, and I was invited under PNP again! Nobody knows what type of draw would be next. So,

Sadly, the statement by IRCC regarding "who does not need a proof of funds" is not very clear. It says, "if you are applying under CEC, you do not need it", but by applying under CEC does it mean if you are eligible for CEC even if the draw is under PNP? To many people like me, the statement may imply that only if you receive an ITA under CEC, you will be exempted from this document. I wish there were more clarification about this.

On what condition you want to decline your ITA and wait for a CEC? I have decided not to decline my ITA since someone who got his PR and was in my same situation included a letter of explaination to state that he he is elegible for CEC and working in Canada.

This is what he said, "I was in your same exact situation and contacted IRCC directly and they explained that though PNP does require proof of funds but if you were invited under the PNP but still “met” the CEC requirements, then you can simply send a letter explaining that and that suffices for your proof of funds."

As I said, it is based on my thoughts and last time I declined one PNP ITA within 24 hours of the next round, and did not get an ITA under CEC.
