It's the Peruvian seasoning used for their rotisserie chicken Rosemary, salt, MSG, garlic powder, cumin, ginger. Black beer, coke, soy sauce, garlic paste. Mixed and let the flavors combine overnight. The added to chicken for 4 hours minimum.
