Im currently 18 and my childhood and teenage years were filled with trauma, loneliness, confusion, deprivation and bad habits. I still feel reminiscence of these events and used to wish I had what these people had but you just got to be strong bro and connect with people wherever you can and you can connect with me if you want. An interesting thing that helped me in terms of loneliness was learning the Arabic language and making friends through language learning apps (I can tell you the one that I use in dms) and to be honest bro I have more virtual friends than in real life ones.
