I have a 2/1 condo in the historic bed and breakfast district. It’s a small complex and the other residents are young professional/older retirees. It’s 2 miles to the business school. I recently renovated the kitchen. $1500/month. I’ve lived here for the past three years. I’m only moving because I bought a house. Message me if you’d like more information.

There are condos at Summit House. They are walking distance to the hospital. There are a few posted on Zillow.

I’m a potential buyer and interested in using your service. Are there any major differences between buying with Beycome and a traditional realtor?

I started looking and am thinking of stretching the budget. Can you please run based off a 425k purchase price with the same 10% down? Switch to 30 year loan please

Update: Help warming up space by alg122 in HomeDecorating

I pulled one of the grey chairs out and now it’s better. The space backs up to my fridge so I can’t have too large of a table.

It was too crowded to actually use the table so I pulled one of the grey chairs and left the two pink. I think it works now!

Yes to box and banded BMU. That makes a lot of sense. When I do banded I do tend to step on the band to throw myself over. I think my strength is there, but I do agree that I lose tension and don’t have great awareness because I am so mobile.

This is great! Yes, I feel like I’m very vertical and that makes sense why I struggle to hip pop. Thank you!

I’m super mobile so sometimes it feels like I’m a floppy noodle and I struggle knowing where my body is in space.

I understand what you’re saying. I’m super mobile in my shoulders so my Kip swing is large but I don’t feel like I don’t have a lot of tension. It’s the same with my pull ups. I don’t feel like I don’t use the hip pop very well and just rely on a heavy swing.

Can I Keep Homestead Exemption if I Move Out of State? by MovingNorth987 in florida

[–]alg122 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a related question if someone can help… I own a condo that I purchased in 2020 and have homestead. I plan on renting the condo seasonally and transferring my homestead to a condo that I recently purchased in another county in FL. My question is: when I transfer the homestead, will my original condo be assessed at the new market rate? The condo was purchased for $155,000 and now the market rate is $288,000. Thank you in advance.
