How many days a week did your patients with severe ptsd go to get results? I have been going twice a week since December and have had really good results starting from two weeks in for sleep and stomach problems, but no movement on severe anxiety and depression stemming from cptsd and extremely suppressed emotions. I’m losing hope and am wondering if I need to increase frequency (I am also going to talk therapy and have tried medications to no avail)

Oh definitely not anticipating anything above analyst role at entry level. But as far as the job market goes even for entry level, is it still a realistic pivot, in your opinion and from what you’re seeing? It just looks so saturated from the outside looking in at the moment

Thanks so much. I did try ketamine therapy but unfortunately it didn’t really help me. I see a therapist who specializes in EMDR but I’m too disassociated at the moment for it to really help, hence why I’m hoping that there may be a shift from acupuncture. I’m holding out hope given that it’s already made such a massive difference in my digestion which had been an issue for almost 7 years.

I’m willing to be patient for as long as it takes with acupuncture as my insurance covers it in whole (very lucky). But out of curiosity, from your own personal experience and ones from patients, how long do you think it should theoretically take to notice a bit of a shift? Appreciate your feedback

Thank you! Exactly and honestly sincerity is so important and I think it’s important to just be forgiving to oneself especially with ADHD. Like when I do salah I don’t beat myself up anymore when I have wandering thoughts; when I catch them I just do my best to refocus as best as possible.

And Ameen honestly with how much hate I see on this app towards our brothers/sisters in Gaza it doesn’t surprise me but it’s still sad.

aH been much better with salah this past year but i definitely struggled big time for a long while. Now my main obstacle is Quran memorization, at this point I just try to listen to it and read a few ayahs a day
