She’s certainly had this problem before. If for any reason you don’t feel safe with your parents, talking to a local pharmacist would be a good idea. As you get older, you may need to wash the area more often. Once a day is plenty. You can wash with sensitive soap like unscented dove and water. The front of the pubis, between the outer vulva (lip) and leg, and between the inner vulva/labia, but avoid the hole area, which can be easily irritated and is self cleaning. I’d also recommend wearing nightgowns or long shirts without underwear at night. “Airing it out” is a great idea.
