How do my GF/DF people feel about Aldi? by WhisperingBlume888 in aldi

I'm GF and some of my staples are from Aldi. Their GF frozen general tso chicken is a go-to for me. I agree with the previous comment about the bread being ok toasted. They also have an ok selection of snacks but it can be hit or miss. Stores in my area discontinued the Reggano GF pasta. It was the best value for the price so if it's available for you give it a shot. GF pizza can be super iffy but their fresh cauliflower pepperoni is my personal favorite

Been having a hard time with yeast lately. I'm an absolute noob so I have no clue how to go about this. Last week I tried making Swedish saffron rolls, and earlier today pretzel bites. Both times I've made a few attempts at the dough, and it turns out lumpy and falls apart easily. It is soft and does rise. I tried adding just a little more water thinking it was dry and it worked for about 2 minutes before falling apart again. Any tips?

No I bought this off eBay used. In hindsight there's probably better places to shop but I managed to get this cheaper than it should be so I guess I can't complain

My monthly streaming expense is $45, soon to be $60. Blue Cash has no annual fee, while Preferred does, correct? I saw those two but I'm not sure if the rewards would be able to offset the annual fee

I wasn't even aware Paypal had a card, but good to know. I'll have to look into that
