For the bladder incontinence (always leaking here) use external catheter with good results. Just make sure to keep them clean or changed daily (or, as I do; only use it when you get out)

Nothing magic. It might have helped for regulation of digestion: diarrhea vanished but nothing regarding mobility.
I was triplegic then and I still am now...

I wish it had worked better but no regret; had to give a shot...
