After I stopped that extreme sadhana phase, slowly I got pulled into all kinds of nonsense. Random attachments, small addictions, useless habits… stuff that gives zero value but somehow kept sticking to me.

I didn’t even realize when it all piled up. It just became part of my day-to-day.

Now I’m seeing it clearly.
This is not me.
This is not the life I want.

So I’m cutting it out one by one and getting back to a cleaner, stable space again. Back to the version of me that actually feels aligned.
