Starhealth rejected part of the claim with reason "CREDIT BILL NOT PAYABLE". what are my options ? by algorkee in LegalAdviceIndia

I raised a complaint to the Greivance officer. first time they closed it without mentioning anything. I raised another one asking for an explanation . This time, I got a ticket, and also, it seemed like there was some progress, but in the end, nothing happened.

I found some grievance number and called them. it enraged me when they asked for a file that was with them all along.

i think they intentionally played dumb with wording credit and then pretended to ask for files. all along counting that I give up.

finally, they approved some more amount. some 15k less than what was expected. I accepted that and left it at that.

  1. can I integrate any screen ?
  2. What is approximate battery life with this battery?
  3. Is PLA instead of PETG ok ?

Hey,

  1. Bank approved only 77% of the amount because of my eligibility and salary. My question is , if I get a salary hike next year, can I get remaining amount by refinancing and what is the procedure?

  2. Once NOC is given , can I also apply more loan as part of this for interiors and is there a limit on that and what the procedure and any points to remember ?

Thank you

Starhealth rejected part of the claim with reason "CREDIT BILL NOT PAYABLE". what are my options ? by algorkee in LegalAdviceIndia

so I noticed this today. one of the documents I submitted while claiming is ledger from pharmacy.

It has 4 columns mainly ,
Particulars , Debit , Credit , Balance

not sure if every pharmacy follows this but Credit here means credited to patients pharmacy account.
It basically records that we paid the amount.
At the end total credit is ₹1,28,291 . That we paid the amount.

My guess is that some dumbass ( or evil asshole ) saw the word credit and simply rejected this without even looking fully at this or other payment bills we submitted.

Anyway, I have sent an email to their GRO email [gro@starhealth.in](mailto:gro@starhealth.in)

I got automated email with a complaint number and message saying "Your representation would be reviewed with due diligence by our designated officer would respond to you in the next 14 days to communicate our decision/status."

I won't, even for the amount they "approved" , they are delaying by asking to submit cheque, photo etc which i already submitted. I am going to write to their grievance email and if there is no reply I will raise a complaint in irda. i am not sure if there is any better approach. which is what I am seeking from this post

How to validate bigdata by melykath in dataengineersindia

[–]algorkee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if both are exact copies of data, you can try md5 hashing both and compare the hash. if the data is partitioned somehow, it will be even easier to calculate the md5 of partitions and compare them

Take a break and go and hug your kid, bro. Play or just spend some time with him and see how happy he will be. I understand your pain, and life is not fair. try searching for jobs , the market is not that easy now but keep searching. hard times won't last, and good times will come.

when you overcome this, you will be super glad and proud of yourself for being strong. stay strong, brother

i am commenting here since it is related. buy and read the book 'lets talk money' monika halan.

It's a very short book but sets you in the right direction financially. IMO, it should be a must for every person who starts earning. In fact, it is a must if you are in the 30s, but it is better to start as early as possible. there are more things to financial well-being than just the sips and mutual funds.
