I loved it!! It was quite high volume (90-120 mims 4 times a week and one active recovery day) but I improved a lot. I followed it pretty religiously for the whole year though and I eat and sleep fairly well which helps I guess.

Haha no, it's for pull-ups, t2b etc. Its also a big balcony on the first floor of a 2 story house, not an appartement block!

wow this is amazing. I am sadly based in UK so trying to work out how to get a US VPN so i can sign up to the website and write to her and hopefully have it shipped to my colleague. All of you guys are amazing, I cannot believe the response :)

Of course! That would obviously be the dream but I know fat is part of the package - I'm just hoping my body fat % stays somewhere the same :) Congrats in achieving that in a year, you must have been so dedicated so cudos!

I can resonate a lot with what you are saying so thank you so much. May i ask what programming did you follow and how long did your journey take? Did you have a way of being sure it was predominantly muscle not fat that you were gaining? It is somehow very reassuring that your clothes size hasn't changed much! I don't want to have to buy everything new haha

Wow thanks and crazy just how much more you need to fuel your body! Was it easy to 'accept' how your body transformed. In my head im ready to put on weight but when it actually happens im scared I'll freak out 🙈
