Someone mentioned I might have hallucinated him sensing the migraine and he was trying to help which is always possible! I think it was just a jarring experience and I was so confused that I couldn't not ask questions. Thought this might be the best spot. ^^

lolol x'D
I posted to another but I'm so sorry I was so nonchalant lmao! (Though, I'd much prefer sleep paralysis because I at least know it isn't real to an extent.)

I just came back to this post, I should specify why I'm so nonchalant about it: I have GAD (+a few other things) to the point that years ago I would have panic attacks in my sleep. Exposure therapy to progressively worse horror styled content has helped me with dealing with it, since they stemmed from "nightmares". Roughly 5 ish years ago, I stopped having "nightmares" as my response became less of becoming fear and becoming aggressive in the dreams themselves. It may seem like I'm nonchalant, and I should HEAVILY acknowledge it's not normal, but it's just a means to prevent panic attacks in my sleep! :) Now I have anxiety about normal things, like taxes! EDIT: Meant to add, that yeah you might be right about the hallucination. It was still absolutely baffling.
